Palm shortening is RBD Palm Oil ,which is actually just palm oil with some of its unsaturated fats removed. This gives it a high smoke point of over 230°C (great for baking and frying), and makes it shelf stable (doesn’t turn rancid)

Vegetable ghee

Vegetable ghee is a vegetarian alternative to this product. It is made up almost entirely of  hardened vegetable oil and is free from any milk

Margarine is a spread used for flavoring, baking, and cooking. Margarine consists of a water-in-fat emulsion, with tiny droplets of water dispersed uniformly throughout a fat phase in a stable solid form
